The renin-angiotensin system (RAAS) is a system responsible for regulating blood pressure and water-electrolyte balance. RAAS is also involved in the pathogenesis of many cardiovascular diseases, including arterial hypertension. In the last few years, there has been increased interest in the establishment of renin and aldosterone as a means by which modern antihypertensive drug treatment tactics can be influenced. Information on the occurrence of renin-dependent hypertension, as well as well as the volume of dependent hypertension, has a number of fluctuations that depend on different populations, and have not been practically studied in Uzbekistan.

EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LASER REMOVAL OF VIRAL WARTS

One of the serious problems of modern medicine is the treatment of warts. Due to their prevalence, patient discomfort and extensive prospects for complications. In recent years, laser therapy has become an effective method with benefits such as safety, convenience, painlessness, reduced side effects and rapid recovery. In this study, we evaluated the effectiveness of the VBeam Perfecta laser (manufactured by Candela) in the treatment of warts. The results show that this laser method is promising for patients with warts and can be recommended as a treatment method.

One of the leading global public-health burdens is metabolic syndrome (MetS), despite the many advances in pharmacotherapies. MetS, now known as “developmental origins of health and disease” (DOHaD), can have its origins in early life. Offspring MetS can be programmed by various adverse early-life conditions, such as nutrition imbalance, maternal conditions or diseases, maternal
chemical exposure, and medication use. Conversely, early interventions have shown potential to revoke programming processes to prevent MetS of developmental origins, namely reprogramming.

DIAGNOSIS AND PROGNOSIS OF CHRONIC RECURRENT APHTHOUS STOMATITIS

Chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis is one of the most common diseases of the oral mucosa. The prevalence of recurrent aphthous stomatitis, according to various authors, ranges from 10 to 40% in various age groups of the population. Over
the past 10 years, there has been a marked trend towards an increase in the number of patients with recurrent aphthous stomatitis, and with its severe form. In case of establishing the source of allergy, which led to development of CRAS, mandatory
isolation of the patient is necessary from the allergen. In addition, immunotherapy is prescribed corrective and immunomodulatory therapy, vitamin therapy. During periods of exacerbation, patients should adhere to diet, which consists of eliminating irritating, rough and hot food from the diet. For local treatment of aphthae, antiseptics, proteolysis inhibitors , necrolytic , pain-relieving, keratoplastic and anti inflammatory drugs are used.

COMPLEXITIES IN DIAGNOSIS OF NON-CLASSIC FORM OF CONGENITAL DYSFUNCTION OF THE ADRENAL CORTEX IN WOMEN OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE

Non-classical form of congenital dysfunction of the adrenal cortex (NC CDCA) is a complex disease, the diagnosis of which in women of reproductive age is associated with significant difficulties. The main problems are the variability of clinical manifestations and the similarity of symptoms with another endocrine disorder, such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Studies have shown that up to 50% of women with non-classical CAH are initially misdiagnosed, resulting in delayed treatment and decreased quality of life. Standard diagnostic tests such as 17-hydroxyprogesterone and cosyntropin (adrenocorticotropic hormone, ACTH)stimulation often require additional genetic testing to confirm the diagnosis. The reproductive health impact of non-classical CAH includes increased rates of miscarriage and decreased fertility, highlighting the need for timely diagnosis and
individualized treatment. Improved diagnostic methods and increased physician awareness of the disease are needed to improve patient outcomes.

TRAITS OF THE DYSAUTONOMIA IN RHEUMATOLOGICAL DISEASES IN THE EARLY STAGE OF CEREBROVASCULAR DISORDERS

Timely diagnosis and treatment leads to preservation of work capacity, reduction of disability and death as a result of acute or chronic vascular disorders. The purpose of the study was evaluation of the functional state of the autonomic nervous system in rheumatological diseases with early signs of circulatory disorders in the brain. 40 patients aged 35 to 55 years were examined to
study the activity of the autonomic nervous system (ANS). The average age of the patients was 38.3 ± 5.9 years. The control group included 20 healthy people. The patients were examined in rheumatological direction of Tashkemt medical academy. Results of the clinical examination show that in the main group, vegetative changes were more often observed together with vegetative
dysfunction in the cardiovascular system and psychoemotional disorders. The obtained data reflect the essence of disorders occurring in the ANS, their adaptive-trophic function is aimed at implementing the complex process of adaptation of the body to new conditions.

ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION AS A CONSEQUENCE OF COVID-19 INFECTION - A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

As the population recovers from the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, a subset of individuals is emerging as post-coronavirus disease (post-COVID) patients who experience multifactorial long-term symptoms several weeks after the initial recovery from severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection. The aim of this systematic review is to present the latest scientific reports that evaluate changes in blood pressure readings after recovery from COVID-19 to verify
the hypothesis that new-onset arterial hypertension is a possible sequela of a COVID-19 infection. The open access databases PubMed and Google Scholar were searched. Articles investigating patients with residual clinical signs and biochemical alteration indicating hypertension at least a month after recovering from COVID-19 were included. It has been shown that a select number of patients were diagnosed with new-onset arterial hypertension after COVID-19 infection. Alterations in blood pressure months after initial infection shows the importance of considering arterial hypertension as part of the multifactorial diagnostic criteria
post-COVID to better provide evidence-based clinical care.
