Abstract

The use of chemotherapeutic drugs containing platinum today remains an effective method of treating malignant neoplasms of various locations and stages of development, but its negative side is pronounced side effects and difficult tolerability of the drugs.
According to the results of various studies, a side effect of drugs in this group is described in the form of a toxic effect on the organ of hearing - ototoxicity. The occurrence of this side effect varies widely.
