Abstract

Hematological toxicity is a significant problem in modern chemotherapy, particularly for patients with oncohematological diseases such as malignant lymphomas. Therefore, there is a need to search for drugs and chemotherapy schemes that have less hematotoxic effects on this category of patients. Among the modern means of combating hematological toxicity of chemotherapy, various inducers of colony stimulating factors remain, and a promising direction is their combination with hemocomponent replacement therapy and various extracorporeal methods that reduce the toxic effect of antitumor therapy.
