FEATURES OF ENDOMETRIAL CANCER IN WOMEN WITH DISTURBED METABOLIC SYNDROME

Abstract

In this article, based on the analysis of clinical and laboratory data, a comparative study of the age-related features of the course and prognosis of uterine body cancer was carried out, the risk of adverse prognostic factors and treatment options was determined, taking into account clinical and morphological data. In recent years, the Andijan branch of the Republican Cancer Research Center has accumulated a large amount of clinical material on malignant tumors of the uterine body and requires clinical and statistical analysis. In this regard, the development of optimal programs for combined and complex treatment of endometrial cancer, taking into account age, clinical and morphological factors and hormonal sensitivity, is an urgent problem of modern oncogynecology.
